The International Network of Women Leaders is a global feminist organization dedicated to promoting women-centered thought, dialogue, and collective leadership. Our work begins from the recognition of the inherent dignity of every person and respect for their inalienable rights, understood as values that do not depend on any condition and that are never lost.
Through research, publications, and public engagement, we generate knowledge grounded in the lived experiences of women and foster spaces where leaders, academics, and professionals collaborate in mutual learning. Our work seeks to strengthen the flourishing of women while contributing to broader social and institutional change.
